Doors for industry
The industry places high demands on longevity and function. However, the conditions and requirements vary depending on the type of industry and the choice of materials therefore is of major significance.
Thermod builds doors, hatches, windows, etc. entirely based on the customer's own needs. Stainless steel or extruded aluminum frames provide a robust construction that withstands industrial stresses.
The door leaves are made with a surface made of fiberglass laminate, alternatively stainless steel, a core made of polyurethane and a door leaf edge made of aluminum. The structure provides a lightweight door leaf that is completely resistant to water.
What to consider
- Since corrosion is a common problem in industrial environments, it is important that the choice of materials is correct if the service life is to meet expectations.
Acid-proof stainless steel in the frames and door leaves with fiberglass laminate, or stainless steel, can withstand most environments. We manufacture according to the customer's wishes as far as possible.
